If you are interested in re-selling our products, either on their own or as part of your own hardware and/or software solution please contact us. To request a trade account simply provide brief evidence that you will be re-selling our hardware (e.g. a link to your website). Any quotes subsequently issued will use trade pricing, and we will also provide a unique discount code for our eShop that can be entered at Checkout to receive trade pricing. We offer direct access and discounted pricing to; integrators, government, utility and re-seller customers.


Pricing

All prices shown on our website are list and exclude GST.


Placing an Order

We accept orders via our eShop or by Phone and Email. Please contact us if you have any questions, or for advice so that we can recommend the most suitable solution for your application.


Payment Methods

We accept any of the following payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card - either via the secure payment facility on our eShop, over the phone, or by sending you an email containing an invoice with a link to a secure payment facility.
  • Bank Transfer - we will provide a pro-forma invoice containing our bank account details.
  • PayPal - either via the secure payment facility on our eShop, or via a "Request a Payment" email.


Shipping and Lead Times


Stocked items will ship within 24 hours of order placement for delivery throughout New Zealand within 1-3 business days. Lead times on non stocked items varies from 1-4 weeks based on product and quantities required.
